By purchasing a ticket for the BIG GAME (“tBG”) you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) which may be updated at any time without notice.
tBG provides a local area network (“LAN”) gaming event (“the Event”) for the specific purpose of providing the infrastructure by which its users (“the Gamers”) can play computer games against each other for competition or pleasure (“the Service”). tBG may also provide LAN gaming or infrastructure servers (“Servers”) and electrical infrastructure for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and tBG assumes no responsibility for the timeliness of, interruption to, deletion of, misdelivery or failure to facilitate access to the LAN.
You agree that tBG and its staff (“the Crew”) cannot be held responsible for any claims, liabilities, actions, loss or damage to property or persons apart from any claims caused by the negligence of tBG and the Crew.
You agree that you are fully responsible for yourself and your activities whilst attending the Event.
You agree to use the LAN, Service and Servers only for legal purposes. You agree not to use, seek or transfer illegal software or materials while at the Event. You agree that tBG is not responsible for data, information, text, software, music, sound, images, video, messages or other materials passing across the LAN and that you are responsible for any traffic you generate while at the Event that such responsibility lies with the Gamer from which the data originated.
If you are under 16 years of age you agree to provide a signed and dated Parental Consent Form. tBG recommends that parents/guardians supervise their children at the Event.
You agree to not smoke, vape, or make use of any illegal substances at the Event or within the grounds of the Event.
You agree to familiarise yourself with all emergency procedures and emergency exits.
You agree to wear your tBG ticket at all times and produce the ticket when requested to do so by the Crew.
You agree to connect only your computer and monitor to the electrical infrastructure, with the connections provided to you, unless additional equipment is approved and additional connections are provided by the Crew.
You agree to connect only your computer to the LAN with, the connection provided to you, unless additional equipment is approved additional connections are provided by the Crew.
tBG reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event.
tBG reserve the right to ask a Gamer to leave and/or remove them from the Event and/or deny access to the Service if their behaviour is deemed to be disruptive, the Crew have reasonable grounds to suspect the Gamer is cheating, the Gamer fails to comply with the T&Cs or for any other reason that the Crew deem reasonable.
Gamers are responsible for the costs of repairing any damage they have caused to the venue, tBG property or other Gamers property.
The Crew’s decision is final. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
tBG will issue a refund for a ticket within 14 days of the purchase unless the purchase is made within 30 days of the Event.
Tickets can be transferred to the next Event up to 30 days before the start of the Event for which the ticket was purchased.

No refund will be given for cancellation of a ticket. Gamers who are asked to leave the event will not be refunded.
Seat booking(s) are by request only and are not guaranteed. tBG reserve the right to change a Gamer’s seat after booking has been completed.
